Spring is almost here!
We got some great rains this winter and there is a carpet of green throughout the desert. We think this spring might be an all time great year for flowers.
The Joshua Trees have already begun to bloom, and the beavertail cactus are swelling with buds.
The cactus wrens and ravens are squabbling about romance and nesting materials and such. With the warmer weather, the chuckwallas can be seen basking on the rocks after a long winter sleep. Love is in the air.
